Before you roll out.
Do I need prior firearms experience?
No. The curriculum starts at zero — instructors meet you at your level, and small classes make individual coaching the default. Ages 12 and up can take most courses.
Can I just show up and shoot?
If you are a member, yes! For non-members, no. You will need to register for an event or send us an email to events@bravelizard.com and we’ll make arrangements for you to visit or rent a portion of the range. The range is open Thursday–Monday, 8am–5pm.
What should I bring?
Eye and ear protection, your firearm and ammunition if you have them (loaners available for many courses), and weather-appropriate clothing. We confirm specifics when you register.
What ages can train?
Most courses are open to ages 12 and up. The Concealed Firearms Permit course requires age 21+ per Utah law.
How do I book a class or event?
Everything is on the live schedule — pick a class, match, or event and reserve online. Seats are limited by small class sizes, so register early.
What memberships do you offer?
Three annual tiers — All Access Pass ($299), Experience ($399) and Adventure ($799) — with unlimited access, guest passes, and discounts on events and RV stays. See the Memberships page.
Can my family train together?
Yes. The All Access Experience membership covers your spouse and children ages 12–18, and families train side-by-side in most courses.
Do you have women’s-only classes?
Yes. Women’s-only clinics cover shooting fundamentals, gear, ammunition, accuracy, and safe firearm operation in a supportive, judgment-free setting.
Is there lodging at the range?
Yes — an onsite RV park with full-hookup spots, RVs for rent, and camping, so you can stay and train over a weekend.
How do I get there? Can I trust GPS?
Not entirely — automated map systems can route you onto poor or incorrect roads. Use the directions on our Contact page for the best access.
Can I book a private group or corporate event?
Absolutely. The range books for private groups, families, teams, and corporate events built around trigger time. Email events@bravelizard.com to plan one.
Where exactly is the range?
FOB Gunslinger, 7985 5600 W, Beryl, UT 84714 — about 30 minutes from Cedar City and 75 from St. George.
